For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the gayo88 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services accessible at gayo88.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Platform that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

• "Eligible Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is permitted under applicable international law and the Platform's operating licence.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed under Clause 9 of these Terms that is forbidden on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all registered Players.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency denomination used on the Platform for Indonesian players.

To register and maintain an account on gayo88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable. We verify age during the KYC process, and any account found to have been opened by an individual under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited or returned at the Platform's sole discretion.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
3. You must not be subject to self-exclusion, either imposed by yourself through our Responsible Gaming Tools or by any regulatory authority.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of gayo88 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under a legal disability are not eligible.

To access real-money gaming services on gayo88, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules govern Account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gayo88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email. gayo88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any funds within it to another person.

gayo88 is required under its international operating licence to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is also a critical safeguard against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour copy of your national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits, confirming that the payment method belongs to you.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, gayo88 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. During this period, your Account may be restricted to gameplay only, with withdrawals held pending verification. You must cooperate fully with any KYC request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

gayo88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Indonesian players:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following rules apply to all deposits:

• gayo88 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gayo88 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes for e-wallets and within one to three business hours for bank transfers, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
• gayo88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source or that raises anti-money-laundering concerns.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from gayo88's operational funds.

Withdrawals from your gayo88 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved in writing by our support team.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page. Standard minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000; maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are communicated during the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within ten minutes to four business hours under normal circumstances, subject to volume and banking cut-off times.
• Withdrawals requested after 20:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) may be processed the following business day where bank transfer is the selected method.
• gayo88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests exceeding a threshold amount. Players will be notified of any hold applied to a withdrawal and given clear instructions for resolving it.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is fulfilled.

gayo88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x) is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time frame stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any derived winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: gayo88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, or void winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures.
• Promotional Eligibility: Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events (such as Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year/Imlek, and Independence Day) are available to eligible Players as announced and are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals on gayo88, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws:

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Bet limits vary by market, event, and game type. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. gayo88 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual Players based on play history and risk assessment.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed only once a unique bet reference number has been issued and displayed. Bets that do not generate a reference number have not been accepted by the system.
• Odds Changes: For sports betting, odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at confirmation are the final odds applied, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or where a palpable odds error (manifest error) has occurred. Void bets are refunded to the Player's Account in full.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If one or more selections are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining valid selections.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. gayo88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Result Disputes: All official results are sourced from recognised governing bodies (e.g., PSSI for Indonesian football, FIFA for international fixtures). In the event of a dispute, gayo88's decision based on official sources is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gayo88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards, or coordinate betting strategies in live dealer games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or placing bets based on insider information regarding the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction related to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name, under an alias, or via another person acting as a proxy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or cancel a deposit after wagering funds, with the intent to retain winnings while recovering the original deposit.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gayo88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

gayo88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. We provide the following tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are prepared to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may restrict the duration of their gaming sessions. An alert is displayed when the limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the Account is inaccessible for gaming but withdrawals of existing balances remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gaming for an extended period may request self-exclusion for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, the Account is fully suspended and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.
• Use any gayo88 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gayo88 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failure, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or account balances caused by a technical error, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon identification.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

In any event, gayo88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gayo88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days of your initial written complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised commercial arbitration rules.
3. Arbitration: Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
4. Waiver of Class Action: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding against gayo88.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
